Our garments are proudly made in Peru, where skilled artisans craft each piece using high-quality alpaca fiber.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please take a photo of the item and email it to our customer service team at customerservice@sheepskin.com.

Can I return items that have been worn or washed?
No - we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.

Refunds will only be processed if the returned item arrives within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Exchanges are accepted within 60 days of purchase.
